Even online fake gambling
Oh dear:
FBI investigators have visited Second Life’s Internet casinos at the invitation of the virtual world’s creator Linden Lab, but the U.S. government has not decided on the legality of virtual gambling.

Must maintain the monopolies that currently exist in the gambling business.

They should regulate it, and collect fake taxes.

Though it should probably be pointed out that real money changes hands at SL casinos. Which would actually make it real gambling.
