Giuliani and the second amendment
Short version: I never heard of it until I wanted to run for president. And for QOTD:
But the right to keep and bear arms has no meaning if politicians are free to impose any kind of gun control they think “works.” In the D.C. gun ban decision that Giuliani says he supports, a federal court overruled the judgment of local officials because it was inconsistent with the Second Amendment.
Update: Ironic that his ad keeps popping up here.

I was wondering when you’d mention the Rudy ads.
Rudy on SayUncle Snapshot
That’s pretty funny… I wonder if he paid google to show up on 2A sites. Not a bad move if he did… except that it might draw even more attention to the fact that he’s a 2A retard.

On 2A matters, the best thing that I can say about Rudy is that he is less bad than his successor.
I respected some things he did, such as successfully prosecuting the mob and sending Gotti and a lot of other 5 Family members to prison.
Like most NY republicans, though (except for former Senator Alphonse D’Amato), he seems more like a Democrat than a Republican to me.

Support of the inalienable RIGHT of armed self-defense doesn’t separate Democrats and Republicans, it is the difference between patriots and traitors. Any politician or public SERVANT who wants to, in any way, infrigne on that right is a traitor to the Constitution and Bill of Rights and a tyrant.

I like the way Romney lies about the Second Amendment better than the way Rudy lies about the Second Amendment….so far.
