Wishful thinking?
I’ve heard quite a few folks predict that Al Gore will run for Prez in 08. And, of course, lots of folks are saying Thompson will run. The latter seem to have evidence indicating interest. What say you? Will Gore run? Will we take him serial?

I see the race as Thompson versus Gore. I see the Goracle going down, again. The map will look very much like 2000. Very Red. If you think the progressive crowd is pissed now, wait until November 5th 2008.
The new religion of Global Warming will be at the end of the fad cycle on November 5th, 2008. Resell value on hybrids will be pitiful. The conspiracy nuts will be typing as fast as their little fingers will allow. The poor bastards at Diebold will go into hiding.

If Gore was going to run, he’d weigh less. He knows full well his current weight would cost him a lot of votes, so if he were considering going for votes, he’d be on a diet. And if he were on a diet, he wouldn’t look like the way he does. I’m sure he has no intention of running.

I don’t see him running. Hollywood is more fun than Washington, D.C.

Gore isn’t gaining weight, he’s “sequestering carbon.”

Gore and Thompson? I would probably vote independent (Constitution Paty again rather than waste my vote. That would be unless I became convinced that Thompson would repent of his vote for the Campaign Finance Reform attack on the First Amendment and REVERSE Bush’s capitulation to globalism, open borders, etc.

Gore vs. Thompson.
Gore comes in late, and who ever is the current front runner loses nearly all their staff right away (all of whom have been trained by Gore on the climate change schtick)
Thompson wins in general election – and the thousands of woman he fucked while in DC turn out to be to his benefit (though it becomes a serious issue at one point with allegations he traded sex for political favors) and as a result, but unlike Bill Clinton he doesn’t lie and admits he likes a little pussy every now and then, and the result is the Republicans get off the sex and private life thing for good and the moral majority disappears.
