Oh, there will be no rolling. Even if they win an eventual lawsuit, even if they win it overwhelmingly, nothing will happen to these cops other than a coy memo in their file.
The Second Amendment starts to look like a more and more upsettingly wise decision.
I don’t care what you would like to call them– they’re making and enforcing their own law in violation of state law and of the Constitution and that makes them rogues. Rogue police are no better than gangsters, roaming the streets looking to make trouble. Who’s going to protect us from THEM? Acutally they’re worse than gangsters– they’re in uniform, they’re being supported by the taxpayer, and they’re supposed to uphold the public trust.
A gangster at least might be arrested for such behavior. Cops won’t.
