I didn’t see a way to leave a comment there, so I’ll leave it here…
Looks like one of these (Belgian Percussion Musket 1842 Model) after having been modifed with some sort of Sneider or trapdoor-like conversion to cartridge use:

It looks like a Snyder conversion with the fireing pin striker missing. I agree with Mike, it looks like a converted Belgian musket, the old “pumpkin slinger.”
