That looks like a great carry gun, especially for summertime when concealment with light clothing is not as easy. But then, here in Tennessee, the carry permit law allows for open carry…just be careful when law enforcement types are around. They’re not used to seeing peaceable, law-abiding “civilians” exercising their RIGHT to armed self-defense.
I’d love to, but if we did, it would have to be Sunday mid-afternoon. I’m tied up all day Saturday, and then I have to work into the wee hours of Sunday morning, which means I’ll be sleeping in. Groggy + Gun = Bad. ๐
If you should go shooting without me, RangeUSA is the place to go. They have a range dedicated to open shooting, and I know a guy who works there. Rangemaster stopped doing open shooting (members-only now), and they only have one range, which is usually tied up with league shooting or lessons. Which is a shame, because Rangemaster is much more convenient to my house. ๐
I will take my mother to Range USA and give her some lessons with the Taurus 7 round titanium 38 Special I bought for her from Classic Arms a couple of weeks ago.
I will give you a little lead time the next time I go to Memphis.
It’s the modern equivalent of a seven-shot six-shooter. (Kudos for anyone who gets the reference, and I’m sorry that you also wasted those 89 minutes of your life…)
Chris:
I’m out the 16th – 20th. Maybe next time. At RangeUSA, ask for Chuck L.

Wait, what do you mean by “next weekend?” If 8/10-12, the above applies. If 8/17-19, I’ll be out of town. ๐

“I know its not much compared to what anybody else here has, but heres my piece:”
What counts is whether it works for YOU.
Good looking pistol.

I didn’t mean it was inadequate, just that it isn’t black and evil like Mr. Blasty [ed note: Uncle, please provide link to Mr. Blasty again].

“The Villain”? Arnold the Governator’s seven-shot six shooter?

You frighten me, Baker. ๐
