I didn’t think it was possible
But Bon Jovi will now suck worse since the latest album will be country.

Here’s my last ten favorites off Youtube:

2. Goodbye to You: Patty Smyth and Scandal.
3. U2: Desire.
4. Steve Martin, Earl Scruggs and Friends: Foggy Mountain Breakdown.
5. GNR: Paradise City.
6. The Knack: My Sharona.
7. Tommy Tutone. Jenny (867 5309)
8. Sheryl Crow: Change.
9. Spin Doctors: Little Miss Can’t be Wrong.
10. Goo goo Dolls: Name.
11. Pat Benatar: Hit Me With Your Best Shot.

He’s been going down hill for a long time.
And – if you listen to it – modern country has a very pro-country, pro-family, positive message. A lot of pop music is very negative and hateful.
I got stuck listening to country in a client’s office for a weekend a while back and I was struck by how positive the message of most of the songs are.
If there were a genre of songs with a positive outlook with a rock beat & rhythm, I’d be very happy.

Look at it this way: JonBon has drug out every rock n roll cliche ever penned, and made millions doing it.
Now he has a whole new set to use!
Momma
trains
trucks
prison
gettin’ drunk
Too bad it’s already been done.
