The G20 was the first automatic I bought. Got it in response to the upcomming Brady Bill, so I could have full capacity magazines grandfathered in. My reasoning at the time was that if was going to use my last chance at getting a full capacity pistol, it might as well be a good and powerful one. You can thank the Clintons et al for my business, and for me being converted into a “gun nut”.
Fired in excess of 20K rounds since, including many thousands of full-house loads. In spite of a little chip in the frame under the slide, one new extractor, and one replacement of the slide release lever, it works like new.
The 10mm ammo’s getting a little harder to find, however. I think if Glock started calling it a .40 S&W Magnum (heh!) it would sell like hot cakes.
