Despite no evidence of legal wrongdoing, the Rev. Jesse Jackson wants a Lake Barrington gun plant shut down.

’nuff said.

I have a simple solution for Jesse Jackson and DSA. If he feels that DSA is somehow responsible for death and mayhem in Illinois, why doesn’t he just buy DSA and shut them down?

After all, he probably has enough money to front the down payment on the loan assuming he couldn’t just buy the company outright. Then he would be putting his money where his mouth is.

With the caveat to DSA that if Jesse comes a-knockin’ with checkbook in hand, make sure every single employee gets to walk away with a very nice chunk of change and that the plans for their guns goes with them. That way, they can use his money to start a new maker and pick up right where they left off.

This way, everyone wins. Jesse gets a PR victory against them evil, scary guns and the ousted folks from DSA can use his money to build an even better product.

And then, Jesse will be forced to sit and wail at the gates because he won’t have any money anymore. Or influence for that matter.

Someone needs to get Jackson a history book. He seems convicned that a DSA EBR travelled back in time and shot King and Kennedy, instead of two goblins doing the deeds with *gasp* hunting rifles…
