Game day. Lots of beverages to be consumed.
Sarcastic Update: go vols.
Sarcastic Update 2: From my brother-in-law: Well, we’ll get to see how UT does next year. When Fulmer’s gone.

So, there’s a slightly better than even chance I’m gonna be in Knoxvegas for the Georgia game. What are the chances Ill have the pleasure of seeing someone else coach my Vols to victory?
I’ve said it before (for a few years now), Fire Phil Fulmer!!!
59-20!?!?!?!

You can have Houston Nutt and his crew if you want.

I will be at the Georgia game, also. My suggestion for the new coach is to snatch up Greg Schiano (sp?) from Rutgers after Ray Rice enters the NFL draft at the conclusion of this season.
The two interesting NFL choices I have contemplated (Cowher won’t do it in my opinion) are either pinching Norm Chow from the Titans or my buddies favorite option, former Vol Assistant John Gruden out of Tampa Bay.

LOL @ Fulmer being gone. If he isn’t gone yet, what makes you think this season will change things?

59-20. Fifty-fuckin-nine to twenty. Fulmer was on the hot seat last year, and this season looks to end up at 6-5 or 5-6. Anything short of 8-4 and he’s gone.

As a current student on the Bank of the Raritan, I’d hate to see him go, but he’s incredible and done great work in a place where, less than 15 years ago, the football team barely survived a campus referendum on reducing it to Div 1-AA. Also, his players show up for class, are very polite, do the best they can with what they’ve got and seem to take pride in bear up under the pressure of a very tough academic university. Now, that I’ve said it, there be a scandal, but that’s my experience so far.
