I hope my alma mater votes in accordance with the Tennessee Constitution’s Declaration of Rights (Article I, Section 26) for the RIGHT to carry the means of self-defense so that another “mass murderer” won’t have only unarmed victims if he tries to “make his day” at MTSU.
Of course, an affirmative vote would then have to be overcome in the Tennessee Legislature, and the anti-gun Naifeh appointed sub-committee which often blocks pro armed self defense bills from going to a full House vote.
