There’s a bigger one at the Yooper Trading Post, a few miles west of Marquette, MI on highway 28 – depending on how you define “shotgun”. It’s powered by a propane and air mix, with electric ignition.
I’ve messed around in punts before and they’re as unstable as hell on the water and not that sturdy. I’d figure the shooter would be wet pretty quick, and the punt would have a hole in the bottom.
I think Xaviar had this up a few months ago. They actually tied these things to the boat an snuck up on a huge floating flocks of ducks. Then at the right moment, several people fired all at once, killing hundreds at a time. Then they packed them in barrels and shipped them off to market..

To me it looks more like a cannon than a shotgun.

I was thinking shot cannon. If you cannot put it next to your shoulder I don’t think you can call it a gun.
