I’d like to do mine, but I don’t have all the paperwork yet. In fact, I don’t have any of the paperwork yet.
But mine really aren’t all that bad, because I don’t benefit from itemizing deductions. My house was cheap and my interest rate low, so I’m still better off with the standard deduction.
What makes it even better is the realization that so much of your money is being wasted, and there are so many easier ways for the government to tax their people, and that the IRS is basically a self-perpetuating organization, and just how much of a scam the entire deal is.
But, hell, the government is just doing this for our own good, right?
You can save your time and make the liberals happy: Just send in a chck for everything you have. They will expand the Socialist welfare state, reward doing nothing, and you can work harder next year.

Says the guy who chose to live with numbers for living. I argue for a living, how do you think I like it?

It still amazes me how much people whine about taxes when the United States has one of the lowest effective tax rates in the developed world.
