Seems some of our congress critters are filing briefs. David Hardy notes:

DC had an Congressional amicus brief supporting it, signed by, I forget, 16 or 17 House members.

According to this article, there is a Heller brief incoming, supporting the individual right position, signed by 250 House members and 57 Senators. A majority of both Houses. And from that, necessarily bipartisan.

And he notes that four times as many Democrats support Heller (the good guys). Even the Democrats are mostly getting on the right side of this issue. Somebody should tell Barrack Hussein Obama because he thinks DC’s outright gun ban is constitutional.

Anyone got a list of the congressmonkies on the wrong side?
