   Once again I agree with Tam on this one. It is ridiculous that the American people allow the .gov to waste our time let alone our money with something as ridiculous as whether a gun ban is constitutional. the opposition sits there and tries to sell the American people on the fact that the founders felt that if a government needed to be overthrown, that the same government that was getting overthrown by the people would bring them into militias and arm them to fight against them? Absurd, and I am even more amazed that the steps of the supreme court have not been filled with millions of protestors telling the supreme court that they have no right to conduct a hearing based on this right. Not one penny should be spent on this and the American people should vote out any and all representatives that think they have power over the constitution.

   Americans are truly showing their colors as sheeple with the writings on the wall of what the political powers that be have done to our economy as well as our rights and our country as a whole. But with the public school educated (or indoctrinated) citizens we have selecting our representatives it is a wonder we are not worse off.    Hey, with geniuses like this I feel safe sitting on my couch and not worrying what is going on around our country. Makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside from the sheer intelligence portrayed here and the obvious .gov school indoctrination, why not be lax about the leader of the free world since the U.S. is doing such a bang up job.
