Reasoned Discoursetm
Complete with crappy video of already debunked talking points
Well this video will mark the end of my gun-control blogging career.
Of course. Because you lost. At every opportunity, you simply could not hang. As a commenter there said:
It is unfortunate but not a great surprise that this gun control blog is ending. As has been noted here and elsewhere, gun control rhetoric thrives best in the absence of actual debate.
Indeed. Their failure is a recurring theme.
I mentioned this guy back in February when he first started.

Actually, the kid is a college student, and I believe his web site was a requirement of one of his classes. The semester is over, and therefore so is the site.
I did note that he spent no time rebutting his commenters – or even paying any attention to them.
Boy, college really educates, doesn’t it?

“Actually, the kid is a college student, and I believe his web site was a requirement of one of his classes. The semester is over, and therefore so is the site.”
Yep, that’s what I came here to say.
I looked at the others in his class and he was the only one getting nailed in the comments. I thought it was funny.

A blog that ran from February to May had an “illustrious” run? Then what does that make Uncle? I mean, 5 years is a loooooooooooooooong time in Internet time.

Contrary to the comment by Kevin Baker, the kid did address a few comments – particularly badly, I must add. He at least could have told us how he was graded on the project!

I posted some comments there, but he only bothered to respond once, and that was when his blog was brand new. I have a feeling we will see many more anti blogs come and go.

Of course, the kid would have to be a moron to take the pro 2A side at a university. Our tax dollars generating ubersocialists. An historically and economically failed system that should’ve died in the 20th century, spasms and lurches forward like a zombie.

“He at least could have told us how he was graded on the project!”
Since he was anti-firearms, he probably got a high grade.

Which side was this blog taking? That quote could have been made at just about any site taking the matter seriously rather than “Weapons! EEEUUWW!”

teqjack, that blog essentially took the side of “weapons! eeeuuww!”. the author wanted less-lethals such as pepper spray and batons heavily regulated also; that was the point i gave up on him.

I checked out some of the other projects in that class. One of the students made a blog against gun control:

Not all university students are ubersocialists! I’m not, myself, and I know several others who aren’t. Now, I’ll agree that most are, but I’d say that most non-students in that age bracket are as well. Don’t blame the universities; most kids get indoctrinated much younger than that! 😉
On a related note, I did a speech on CCW laws a couple years ago in my Public Speaking class, and I got a decent grade on it. I think I may have even managed to change a few minds!
