If sex offenders are THAT dangerous that they need warning flares and sirens whereever they go shouldn’t they be still in Jail, or better yet put down the the dangerous beasts that they are?
This is obviously treating the symptoms and ignoring the problem…or just generally stripping rights from a rightly unpopular group…

oh wow, they’re required to tell the authorities……. yeah that’s gonna happen, especially considering how many don’t bother registering as sex offenders despite being “required” to do so.

It’s OK, because everyone hates sex offenders. We can force them to live under bridges, demote them to third-class citizens, and make them wear GPS units and track their every move.
It’s for the children.
Glad someone else sees the problem with tolerating mistreatment of sex offenders.
