Like Paintball?
Sebastian notes another line item that says we can use non-lethal firearms to introduce folks to shooting. So, after they tell us not to show human shaped targets they suggest non-lethals like airsoft and paintball which are sports where instead of shooting human shaped targets you shoot actual humans?

Oh I get it– you’re trying to apply logic to gun restrictions. It didn’t work in 1934 and it doesn’t work today.

I actually talked to a guy who went paintballing (earliers) today (bruises still visible at the reception of rapport card cermemony, check my blog). Such event seems quite “violent” to me as opposed to target shooting, poor bugger was pretty bruised …
I’d also like to thank wathever deity for beefcake 19 years olds in tanktops … you made my day.

I enjoy target shooting, I enjoy paintball, and I enjoy airsoft. Different reasons for all three.
It is a good place to introduce the Four Rules, for example. They do still apply, because, for instance, even if your target is human, you still need to be sure of it, and what’s behind it, especially to make sure that it’s not some hiker who happens to be walking through your area of play.
