That’s the headline. No where does it mention that the suing is actually going on.
Incorporation could follow.
Update: Whoops. I meant NRA as the gun lobby. Illinois State Rifle Association is on the ball.

The mayor was trying to cast suspicion upon the Court but I believe his comments are more apropos to the relationship between the rich and powerful of Chicago and those citizens not “connected” to the Chicago machine?

saw an article earlier that said that Chicago had some 49,000 gun incidents from 2004 to 2007… which is surprising seeings how guns are banned…
but hey, one more law might do the trick…
