IIRC its the only one that CAN be done….and it requires a round that Sebastian discribed as an “Uncircumsized Penis” and you need to unload and reload the sucker through a loading gate like a Single-Action.
One of my friends who does re-enactments has one of these (sans silencer). The trick is in the mechanism that pushes the cylinder up to the barrel as the trigger is pulled. The video shows it quite nicely. Very cool stuff!

that’s PART of the trick.. the other part is that the bullet is set into the cartridge neck and then crimped in place, so there is a flange of brass ahead of the bullet that expands on firing to seal the gap. You use .32 S&W or have a .32 ACP conversion cylender and it’ll be LOTS louder and the supressor won’t work as well.

The other cool thing is that the supressor is 9mm and the pistol’s caliber is .32 and it still works this good.

Their is another revolver that is suppressed as well, but it’s suppressed because it uses piston cartridges http://world.guns.ru/handguns/hg194-e.htm
