Possibly. I would say the billboards were safe until the head of the group announced her intent that they drive traffic to a lobbying effort in the major newspaper. 🙂
There are now lawyers involved. Turns out they seem to have misrepresented themselves. Or at least allowed the companies to believe they were non-profits while keeping their mouths shut.
I’ve inquired with the companies about their “business donation programs” and how gun stores can get in on those…

Actually, it looks like they haven’t registered anywhere as anything other than an LLC.
