It’s pure crap and violates state law to boot. Plus, at the time of the shooting that resulted in the ban the law already prevented a CCW holder from carrying at an outdoor music festival, which IIRC was the venue of the shooting. So an additional law saying the guy couldn’t be there with his gun would have made what difference?
there are also laws in WA that make it illegal to shoot someone, and its also illegal to shoot a gun in a public area, and probably illegal to shoot inside the city limits too…
