USC has refused to deal with this threat, trying to “discuss” it with the firebombers so far. Interesting note about “emergency concealed weapon permit” Not happening in CA, but in WA the county sheriff’s have that authority to issue and on occation use it!

WA is a shall issue state. I had my CPL in 7 business days (they can take up to 30 days I think, but most folks get them faster than that). I think emergency CPLs, issued by the Sheriff w/o a background check, are for people in imminent danger (abuse victims, witnesses, etc).
