Great. More things to want that I cannot have.
Like a functioning blog….

Besides the strange feeling I get when they try to leverage their brand name (reminds me a bit of R J Reynolds buying Nabisco to diversify), I have to ask, are they selling a product (meaning the BW-15 Rifle) or are they selling a service (meaning the Blackwater Gunsmiths’ service)?
I understand that it’s “Designed by our expert armorers” but it also “can be modified and built to your personal specification”. So will they take a parts list from me, assemble the parts to my specification, and then stamp their brand name on it?

@Robb,
I’ve got your posts archived from june 9th or so. We could also try to salvage something off of Google too. I may even be able to get your favicon out of my cache.
Just hit my site and get my email if you need anything.
Meanwhile, go get a free temp blog over at http://wordpress.com/signup/

@ Robb
Also, here’s my experience recovering from a dead hard drive.
No matter what the filesystem (and I bet it’s not reiserfs), if you have a flaky drive, I’d make a copy of the entire partition using dd_rescue ASAP.

SM,
Thanks, I’m pulling the data off the drive now using GetDataBack for NTFS. It’s literally going to take all night as it tries to read sector by sector. I’m making an image of the drive so I can work on the file system outside of the flaky drive.
I’ll should be back up in a day or two. My wife’s blog is already back, albeit with a month’s worth of data missing.

Oh, I’m at least hoping we get to play with it when we get there!
