If the cylinder was swung out to unload it, how would pulling the trigger fire a round. The only way it could have happened is for him to pull the trigger before unloading it. Revolvers do not have a hair trigger; by their very design you have a long trigger pull unless you have the hammer cocked back. What kind of a fool is able to fire a revolver by accident?
