More on DemCon
Once again, I did not watch. But others did. On the Clinton speech: Hillary Clinton basically told her supporters tonight that they should vote for Barack Obama in November because he’s not John McCain.
Of course. Party fealty is required for the week-long infomercial that promotes the agenda that they will immediately abandon once in offce.
Speaking of, I asked Where’d free federally funded health care go? It came back. It was apparently Hillary Clinton’s Ugly Baby. And has been since 1992. So, you’d think she’d have made some progress, right? I heard a bit by her on this morning’s talk radio. Not very pro-Obama as much as anti-McCain. Because McCain understands concepts such as there is no equal pay for equal work being a function of markets. And, you know, those little bits of reality that often collide with the fairy dust that comprises the Democrat platform.

I got a similar impression. “Bush stinks. I’m not the nominee, so let’s elect Barack Obama!”
She talked about Bush more than McCain. The Democrats are going to try and win by running against Bush. Such tactics do not work.

“…bits of reality that often collide with the fairy dust that comprises the Democrat platform.”
Heh.
Can I mail-order some of that fairy dust? Or would it be considered unstable, or deemed a “suspicious white powder”? It would certainly appear to be addictive, and a serious health threat.

It must be hard on Hillary to play the part of red headed step-child.
During her speech, she was barely holding back what she really wanted to say about the Dems betrayal of what she perceived was hers as a given. About all that is left of Hillarys political career is
the bitter dregs of democratic middle management.
