Here in Houston Police Chief Harold Hurtt and Sheriff Tommy Thomas categorically refuse to sign the NFA paperwork for any of the millions they are purported to serve.
Fortunately the racist origins of our gun laws provide “loopholes” around these unconstitutional NFA taxes and our tyrannical local government. If you are an officer in a corporation you don’t need local law enforcement permission.

In Tennessee state law says that if you are not ineligible by law to own an NFA weapon or device the sheriff or police chief shall sign the NFA paperwork. There is no ban on owning NFA weapons in Tennessee beound federal law.
