Taken as a whole, the sordid matter is a rather self-evident self-indictment, although so many of them are so drunk on the fumes of Obama’s “me talk pretty” rhetoric that self-awareness is but a glimmer in the distance.
Truth is, Wilder wasn’t long for the Senate, and Kurita did the DP a favor by shivving him. Sadly, the transfer of power didn’t happen on “the party’s” terms. So they shot the game-changer in possibly the most shameless display of partisan pettiness that’s been seen since, well, PatriotBoy mistook Brittney Gilbert for a Republican.
