A case for bringing back the pillory. Or tarring and feathering.
Students at Dos Palos High School protested Thursday — by wearing patriotic regalia to school — after a sophomore student was forced to remove a T-shirt depicting the American flag…
Earlier in the day, he was speaking with a local news station when an unidentified teacher walked up to him, ripped off the microphone clipped to his shirt and told him he was not allowed to talk to the media.

Paging all civil rights attorneys…
Easy case on aisle 3.

The student should have fallen to the ground, screaming in pain, and claimed that the teacher assaulted him…

I think we should have ZERO TOLERANCE for teachers assaulting students.

The left never seems to hesitate much when it comes to using Stalinist tactics, do they? I have to wonder if there was a combination Save-the-Planet-From-Humans and Obama-for-Animal-Rights rally held at the school that day.
Now, if the kids had been wearing “Piss Christ” shirts, or Che Guevera shirts, they would have simply been exercising their protected first amendment rights, and would no doubt have recieved praise for their “courage”.
Well, there may be a silver lining to this cloud.
More and more kids are getting fed up with their lefty-loony, moonbat teachers and administrators.

Not a cut and dried win for the ACLU, you shed your constitutional rights at the door nowadays, even if you never step a foot inside the school and are completely off school grounds

Too bad the kid wasn’t quick on his comeback. A simple retort: “Don’t touch me, I’m not keeping quiet about you touching me anymore” would have been priceless. Nothing untrue in the statement but it would give the teacher a momentary loss of urinary tension.

Nah, that only works on people who aren’t darlings of the left, like priests and boy scott leaders. Public schools love pedophiles.
