Palin has not threatened her running mate. That is major league dumb.
Also, Palin has not described her running mate as “clean and articulate”.
For really dumb, look to Obama and Biden.

Both candidates and their running mates are just dumb.
But Mr. “I wrote the assault weapons ban and I think people who like their AR-15s need help” threatening (or at least that’s what I think, the video audio was crap) his running mate with gun violence…
I think HE’s the one needing help.

ha, i was watching this episode and caught that beretta mistake immediately (much to my girlfriend’s chagrin).
by now, she’s used to me correcting gun-related bloopers committed by the “entertainment industry folks” and just rolls her eyes.
anywho, i was just excited to see stewart attacking the other side for once, so decided to let it slide this time.

Well I guess that really remains to be seen now, doesn’t it?
Side question: why is it that so many people in this election insist on calling the other side “dumb” simply because they don’t agree with a particular comment or stance?
It really reflects poorly on your ability to process rational thoughts. If you’re old enough and plan on voting this election, you really should also be mature enough to take a stand for or against something without having to resort to juvenile ad hominem attacks on those holding opposing views.
Just my opinion… I’m sure you probably hold another view.

I like my Beretta auto shotgun, whether it exists or not. It’s a good, reliable piece as long as you don’t let it get too dirty.
I don’t think you can find an instance in which anyone in the Old Media mentioned a firearm or firearm issue and got it 100% right. If they were interested in accuracy, they wouldn’t be the Old Media, would they?
Anyway, Stewart is a Lefty. Technical ignorance asside, a lefty is a lefty, and should be criticized for that. I don’t care if the next president knows all about makes and models of firearms as long as he favors liberty, and I don’t care if a douchebag talk show host knows anything at all about guns, as long as he favors liberty. Stewart wouldn’t know liberty if it bit him in the ass. He’s just another ignorant punk in a vast ocean of ignorant punks who, in their ignorance, think they’re smarter than the rest of us.
He must be a little smarter than the average ignorant punk, however, since he’s found a way to get paid for being an ignorant punk. For that much I’ll give him credit.
