So it’s basically an 7.62×39 plus 400 FPS?

Well, 400 fps and a buncha cash.
No thanks. I’ll stick with 7.62×39 and .308

So you can get a fancy-dancy new/unproven round on a proven platform, or for the same money get a commie gun firing a commie round AND a few cases of ammo…
and in the hilly and brushy country where the deer live around here, still bag the same deer with the same short-range high-probability shots.
Oh well, I’m sure SOMEBODY will buy and love it.

A solution in search of a problem?
If you want .308 performance in the AR platform, get an AR-10.
