Lessee, one candidate wants to outlaw CHP and criminalize the use of handguns, but the other wants to mildly inconvenience private sellers at gun shows. Potato, potahto?

Now since Obama is a former “instructor of constitutional law”, then he will be for applying that ban on CCW to his SS agents according to “the equal protection of the laws” (14th Amendment) I mean, he’s all for social justice and equality isn’t he??

I’m already mildly inconvenienced at gun shows. But I already early voted for McCain so it’s a moot point.

You guys do realize that when a politician says I support a federal ban on conceal carry laws…
That doesn’t mean they support a federal law to ban concealed carry weapons.
Come on people, be smarted than this… every republican and many democrats support federal bans on conceal carry laws. That means the fed should stay out of matters that should be left up to the State.

Obama’s time in the Illinois State Senate showed he supports draconian restrictions on firearms, use, carry, possession, etc. It doesn’t end with a promise not to pass any new laws. I expect gun control laws to be very prominent in Obama’s first 2 years, like Clinton.
