Call me crazy, but these seem like insanely bad ideas to me.

The shotgun one makes me scratch my head; I’d be afraid of the ATF classifying that contraption as a machine gun, because that was a pretty high rate of fire for a shotgun. Even if the mechanism has to “pull” the trigger of the mounted semiauto shotgun each time to fire, if the OPERATOR only has to push his “fire” button once to get multiple shots, then that…could get you in some hot water with the ATF mighty quick.
The flying 1911 .45 acp RC chopper seemed to be 1 button push = 1 shot and would probably pass muster.

The insanely bad idea is videotaping and uploading to the internet. I’m fairly certain that arming an aircraft, including a remotely piloted aircraft is a big no no.
There is even special provision in 10 USC that permits the President to arm American civilian vessels and aircraft only under certain war or emergency situations.

Well, it’s not exactly a stealth weapon, and the video had no mention of it having a TeeVee aiming system, either.
Unless operators could be trained to make it fire accurately while on high-speed passes, I expect any average trap shooter firing 00 buck could shoot it down easily.

I, for one, welcome our new rotor-based firearm overlords.
