Federal Suit in Delaware
In PA, looks like there’s a lawsuit over confiscated firearms.
Update: Did you know that there was a Delaware County in PA? Me neither.

It’s a lawsuit against Delaware _County_ which is in Pennsylvania. It does border the State of Delaware in the far Southeastern corner of the state, but it is part of Pennsylvania.
Of Course, Joe Biden will tell you he’s from Pennsylvania, repeatedly, if you ask. But he’s from Scranton, which is Lackawanna County

Delaware County is an interesting mix, with some really nice areas and also some of the poorest in Pennsylvania being almost side-by-side in places. IIRC, Brookhaven is sort of upper- blue-collar. Should be an interesting case.

And just in case you’re curious, the following states also have a Delaware County: Ohio, Indiana, New York, Iowa, and Oklahoma.
Now you know. 🙂

Haha, I saw the title and thought “this happened in Delaware and I missed it?”
Didn’t know so many states had a Delaware County. What’s up with that? It’s confusing.

We ought to be open carrying in Pa with a video backup, getting them to bite in Delaware County on an old revolver after rolling through a stop sign…and cleaning up. Once you win one case in a state we ought to be slam-dunking this stuff.
