Well, Rustmeister, it’s not quite that B&W. He shuts down the most egregious ones, that’s for sure. I have a friend who was a business partner of Ralph Lunati long ago and the public doesn’t know the half of what he does.
A constant theme with Gibbons is “Give me the tools and I’ll do the job.” He’s always hesitant to do things beyond his daily brief unless the legislative side is pushing for it. Take that as you wish.

On a serious note, Gibbons likes to shut down “gentleman’s clubs”.
