Gee, just think if the Administration started a “War on Guns”. Given how successful it has been on drugs, poverty, terror, etc., we’ll have a plethora of choices in just a few years. It’s exciting!

Forgive me if I don’t trust Democrats with guns.
That includes Phil Bredesen, who supported Obama and who has exerted no influence on the General Assembly to expand the Tn handgun carry permit statute to permit us to carry handguns in establishments where alcohol is served.

If this is a surprise to anybody that body is stupid. A good many of us were warning of the dangers of all the increased and illegal powers given to government back when almost everyone thought that was just “peachy keen”. Of course, they assumed those powers would be used against those “other people”.
And they absolutely would not listen to anybody, me included, who warned that to government WE were those “other people”.
We held the hill and we surrendered it without a fight. Now we must fight uphill against horrendous odds. I don’t feel sorry for us, just ashamed.

I think Claire’s book was written long ago, just in this day and age it’s nearly impossible to get it published.
Also love the irony. A group seeking to remove the rights of Americans isn’t a “special interest” group, but groups defending rights is.

You have no rights if the government feels like putting you on a list of people who have no rights? I know of some other people who thought like that. They wore swastikas. We shot them full of holes, and deservedly so.

A good friend of mine who’s in the medical field pointed out the other day that Emanuel displays most of the recognized signs of a full-blown sociopath. Funny that.

Rahm Emanuel has a creepy resemblance to Joseph Goebbels, the Nazi propaganda minister, both in his appearance and his thinking. The MSM notices no resemblance at all. Compare them for yourself.
