This is just anecdotal, but I’ve noticed that while Wal-Mart is perpetually out of 100-rd boxes of WWB, one of the major local gun shops near me has started carrying it despite never having done so before. I don’t know if they were savvy and swooped in to place their orders before Wal-Mart, or if this is just a coincidence, though.
Here in NC the Ammo has dried up as well. There is plenty of .40 around, but 9mm is damn scarce. Thank God I loaded around 700 rounds at my Dad’s this weekend. I also managed to get about 800 rounds of WWB on my way back. I am set for about 2 weeks! 🙂
Georgia Ammo is way behind. I ordered 500 rounds each of .223, 9mm, .45ACP, .357Sig, .308, and .22LR back on November 3rd. The .223, the .357, .22, was delivered last week. The rest is on back order.
Walmart white box is hit and miss, as is Bass Pro. Other online retailers are short on most calibers, unless you want premium ammo at 5 times the cost. I live in Orlando.

Dunno what’s happening in Orlando, but my dealer in Clearwater pretty much has as much of whatever food your pets might need.

Georgia Arms had plenty of 500 rd cans of .223 for $170 i think.

Well, it’s simple, really:
Robb lives near Tampa, and I live in Boynton Beach, and after we leave the store, there’s just no ammo left.
