Last I checked, along with the “poison pill” amendment that stripped DC’s ability to deny the RKBA, there was also another round of bad anti-sunshine firearms laws.
Of course, with all the transparency in government breaking out, we still seem to have a two day lag on the update of Thomas

That’s one way to look at it. Another is “Dammit, don’t make us pick and choose which part of the Constitution we want to ignore!”
