Justification
In their never ending quest to increase page views err justify publishing a list of handgun carry permit holders, the Commercial Appeal breaks out the PSH. Dozens of permit holders (out of 220K) have violent histories. Linoge has more. To me, this indicates an issue with the TN Department of Safety’s competence and not an issue of handgun carry. And that is a serious issue, even though it is statistically insignificant. And it’s been covered before by me. The CA is also quick to point out when anyone has carry permit. And their justification is usually amusing.
