I knew I shouldn’t have used email to communicate with Cheney about our international death squads. They’ll be on to us now. I’ll have to burn the hard drive and head for Mexico.

Nothing we can do, as Bush made sure these communication entities were protected against litigation. It amazes me that G.W. pushed policies forward without thinking what would happen if a tyrant took office (and in tyrant, I mean worse than the Bush administration) and I am afraid that that tyrant may be in office now.
