Unless I unwittingly win the Texas lottery, I will probably never own an M1A, but they are super sweet.
M-1 Garand would be nice, too, and are slightly (but mostly only slightly) less expensive than an M1A Springfield.
Unbelievably my wife got me one as a graduation present. It has been 2 months now and I haven’t even gotten to shoot it. It took a month just to find ammo. This last month any day I could go shooting it has been raining. This is just so wrong.
