I sent a check to my friend in SC from FL. It consisted of the following:
One standard sized envelope
One Check
One Stamp of current postage
It got to SC, where it was post marked then sent back to FL for incomplete postage to the tune of THREE CENTS. I was mailing essentially a single piece of paper, and instead of simply completing the transaction at the agreed upon price, they spent the extra money to send it all the way back to FL for a measly three pennies. I sent it back via Fed Ex. Cost me six bucks.
That’s why anything I can’t send via Email gets sent via UPS or Fed ex.
