Do you know what that means? That means that any private citizen that has an interest in public safety can attach a GPS tracking device to police cars and make sure they know where the man is at all times. Then, they can post this information on the internet and have a program accessible by smart phones so that a person can always know just how far away the cops are. You know, for safety. A cop can never be too close!
