My only problem with this kin dof thing is that it would pretty much shut down out-of-state licensing. Right now I can get a permit from FL or UT and carry in the vast majority of the country. Once reciprocity goes through, there’s no reaosn for FL or UT to license out-of-staters; and I effectively can’t get a permit from my home state (may-issue in law, no-issue in practice; NJ)

Yeah, I’m also worried this bill will make it actually harder to get a permit in many states, by tacking on a lot of extra requirements in states that have relatively simple applications processes.
