23 state AGs oppose gun ban
On June 11, the top law enforcement officials of nearly half the states signed a letter to U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, expressing their opposition to reinstatement of the federal ban on semi-automatic firearms.
Tennessee’s Attorney General was not among them. I find that odd. He’s usually a pro-gun sort of guy.

But… but… but… I thought all law-enforcement types supported the ban!

The sad part is that over half did not. Still, those that did must be familiar with DC vs. Heller and are capable of doing the math, with respect to the 2nd Amendment. Still hoping for a big incorporation win in Chicago…

Mine wasn’t on there either. But he’s looking to run for Governor, and needs votes from areas where that kind of thing won’t go over well. The Philadelphia Media will only be too happy to smear him with it, and talk about how he’s in favor of baby killing machine gun being in the hands of off balance racist ignorant gun owners.

Yay. Mike Cox on there (why doesn’t he go by Michael?). I think he did this because he’s running for Governor.

I can think of at least 27 AGs who need to be booted out on their asses.
Wait, aren’t their 57-60 states now? Do they all have AGs? I’m confused. Bring me my teleprompter!
