Well, gee. Maybe if we had a denominator of seized guns the information in the article might be useful. For all I know, a thousand guns were seized, but four of the only five that were traceable had American import markings.
Besides, why should we search outgoing containers for things that are legal here? Isn’t it a sovereign nation’s duty to enforce its own laws?

Didn’t Jamaican crime rates soar when they instituted stricter gun control laws? (not unlike Chicago, DC, etc)
