They’re not out of bourbon that could be bottled as Knob Creek. Beam is just getting better ROI bottling and selling it as something else at a better price point. I bet it has something to do with Sazerac buying the Old Taylor brand?

The good thing about Knob Creek getting scarce is that there are plenty of decent substitutes, and in YOUR neck of the woods, an unacceptable substitute that’s been made for over 200 years….
