I watched the Senate hearings online, and one Senator addressed your question. He said he wasn’t concerned with traffickers, he was concerned with that one person, who decides to buy a gun for someone who can’t buy one for themselves.

Honestly, I would love a 1 handgun a month rule!
Where I used to live in Mercer County, the police refused to authorize more than 3 permits on a given application and usually took at least 6 months from the time you submitted the app to the time you got the permits. In that respect I’d be lucky to get 1 handgun every 2 months. 1 a month would be an improvement!
And can someone explain to me why every Amazon sidebar I hit has the same formula? 3 fiction/fantasy novels, a Dungeons and Dragons manual, and some really sappy romance?
