As a Scottish-American, I’m deeply ashamed. England’s laws and all are bad enough, but with Scottish devolution there came calls for even *tighter* gun control than even London was wanting, after a freak accident with an air gun—and supported by the S.N.P. no less! What the SHITE!?
Scots were forcibly disarmed after the 1745 Rebellion, which greatly enabled the subsequent Highland Clearances (which is a close runner up to the Irish potato famine in terms of human disasters on the British Isles) –you’d think they’d remember. Instead they do it to themselves now.
Just what is that poster trying to say…?
“don’t point a gun or gun-like object at a police officer”; yeah, we get it! Crikey.
