What baloney. There is a spec on rebar. Does not contain wood, aluminum, titanium or plastic. Jack.

Because, cops, especially big city cops, are known for their marksmanship skills and gun handling ability there should be no issues with those same persons discharging a weapon at a moving vehicle from a moving vehicle made mostly of material that doesn’t stop bullets from passing through.

Since most cops are hard pressed to hit a stationary target how well can we expect them to do shooting at a speeding car?

I forcast lots of innocent bystanders getting hit. And, as usual, the cops will not be held accountable.

Well, it’s a tricky question, really. I mean, there’s the Corvette, which is pretty thin-skinned and lightweight game, but there’s also the heavy-duty Silverado pickups, which are arguably thick-skinned dangerous game.

There really is no one appropriate caliber…

But I think someone might try pointing out to CPD that there really aren’t many places you can hit a car for quick disabling, particularly with a service pistol.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
